I paid $250 for an oil change and filter and tire rotation. I arrived at the service center at 6:45 for a 7:00 appointment and was first in line. I saw one employee walking around opening doors and turning on lights and no one else. Other employees started arriving at 6:50. At 7:10 a service rep came to my car to help me. I told him I wanted to the basic required service. He tried to sell me every filter, change the brake fluid, and several other nonessential items . I said I would wait for the car. He said it might take 2 hours . I waited until 8:45 went to the door and saw my car being parked in the lot. I went to the service cubicle, no one was there. I went back at 9:00 and the service rep said he was waiting for the paperwork.
I asked how it could take two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. He said there were people ahead of me. I told him there was only one person there ahead of me and he worked there. I AM NOT HAPPY!!!

The lady that assisted within the service department, exhibited a poor attitude that made me question herself willingness’s to take care of them customer as is her responsibility. I was very disappointed and appalled that she felt the necessity to question the company’s integrity and commitment to take careful of the clients. I want here to improve her attitude and be trained better to hopefully improve the customer’s trust in the company.
