There is a rattle behind the touchscreen. I told them they probably couldn’t hear it on the smooth roads in the area so they may have to drive it on a dirt road or take off the screen to see if something was loose. Instead after 1 1/2 hours they came to me and said they drove it and didn’t hear anything and therefore nothing was done. I drove 35 minutes to get there, waited 1 1/2 hours and then drove 35 minutes back home and the rattle is still there. Completely wasted my time.
