After my service, on my way home, the “maintenance warning” indicator comes on. I called, twice, Rachel transferred me to the service dept where I got an answering machine. So the warning indicator still comes on each time I start my car.

I brought my vehicle in for an appointment at 2:00 pm for an oil change. I didn’t get out of there till 3:30. When I finally got my vehicle back I specifically I had questions and they acted like it was too much to answer them. And they didn’t turn back the sensor that tells you when you need your oil changed. I had to remind them to do it. I was not happy with my experience at all.
