Person and was phone, the representative was did notified was standing there until next service person pointed out Courtney will be with you to grab her attention. I understand it routine and cyclical task for the person but for customer it is the first interaction.
I presented a service coupon which did not please her. I come walk out with added misc. charge that negate the coupon cost. I am not sure it’s fair and honest. I will be skipping the Toyota dealership for now.

Courtney is absolutely outstanding. After a brain injury, this was my first time addressing a major problem with my car, that was quite expensive. Both things were extremely stressful for me to learn how to work through again (every experience is new to a TBI survivor). Courtney was so patient, with my endless questions and high anxiety. She was calm and so assuring, and treated me like a human by really meeting me where i was, and not just a customer.. I will definitely be requesting to work with her for all my future car needs!

I specifically asked if there would be a charge to recheck a recall issue that appeared to resurface. I was told no, because the dealership fixed it. Later, when I got my final bill, I was charged $75.00 anyway. I also made clear if a charge was going to be applied I would live with it. I said that before the matter was checked.
