I called the service department in the Fall of 2025 and asked if I would be notified when it was time for my vehicle to be serviced. They said yes, and then I asked would the oil be changed, and they said not unless it has 10,000 miles on it. I said even though it's a 2024? They said no the oil would not be changed.
When I received notification that was time for service for my vehicle, I called to schedule an appointment and I asked the same question if the oil would be changed during the service appointment. They said no not unless the vehicle has 10,000 miles on it.
When I finally went to the appointment and spoke with the technician and asked if the oil would be changed he said no not until there's 10,000 miles on it and I said even though it's a 2024 vehicle, it seems like a long time to wait to change the oil, he agreed and said yes you shouldn't have to wait more than one year to have the oil changed on the vehicle.
My point is it took me three times to finally get someone to agree to change the oil on the vehicle that's not good service.
Finally I was promptly at my appointment at 10:00 a.m. and it took 2 hours for the service. That doesn't seem like a realistic time to perform an oil change.

Courtney is awesome. I love her. But the techs who check my tire pressure never quite get it right. I will have to add air to my tires. I specifically asked for that to be done. I have a Japanese Rav. The sticker on the door clearly says 33 psi and they take it down to 30 every time or leave it at 31 or 32. Also, I miss the courtesy car washrs.
