Two days after getting my truck back and being told it was repaired my engine light again came on and I was experiencing the same issues as when I brought my truck in to originally be fixed. I mentioned prior to the repair there could be a timing chain issue due to high idle and stuttering I experienced with the vehicle. After the repair I was told there was just a wiring concern that was fixed. The truck has not been repaired and I spent $550 to fix a wire that did not fix the issue. I feel due to being a woman my concerns were not validated and “something” was “fixed” just to try to satisfy me. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had service with this dealership and felt I was being treated differently due to being a woman. To be honest I dread having to come to this dealer for concerns but this is the closest dealer to me and other mechanics say my current issues have to be remedied by the dealer only. I just want my truck repaired and to be treated fairly. I have owned many Ford vehicles but at this point I am really considering not purchasing another. I will give credit when due and I was able to have my truck diagnosis rather quickly without an appointment which was appreciated as it is very difficult to schedule any appointment for service other than oil changes as the website does not allow it and the scheduler is busy often. Please let me know what additional information I can provide
