I would have to say my service technician team at Capital City Ford Greenfield are awesome. I have been a customer of that dealership for over 25 years and I have never ever had a bad experience. It has always been great. The people there were always there to answer any questions or concerns I may have and have always treated us like family. My service technician that services my vehicles have always been up front and honest with every service that I've ever had. If they notice a problem they alert me immediately to let me know what is going on and what it may cause. I cannot say enough about that team. That's at that dealership. Thank you. I called three different dealerships before this. They were all pretty rude and didn’t really wanna help me or hear anything about a possible loaner or rental car which was my concern because this car is 6000 miles old anyway Josh was great. Wanted additional fees for everything. 2 concerns I had should have been found in the service inspection and I got charged $180. Said I need new front tires but they are at 8 and 9 /32. Instead of switching them side to side to try and help the chopping that was not even mentioned until I brought it up. Told them at check in if I needed fuel filters to do them they didn’t but said I needed them. Now I remember why I prefer dealing with small service providers instead of dealerships. I won’t be back
