I was quoted a 2-3 hour repair. They picked my car up at 8:30, and it wasn’t dropped off until 2:30. I was told the tech was at lunch at 1:40, and I received a text that the car was ready a little after 2. If it had just been finished before lunch, I could have had my car back more in line with the timeframe given. It pushed my whole schedule back. If giving quotes for time, it would be helpful to be a little more accurate so people can plan accordingly.

Audrey did an excellent job of keeping informed especially with the battery percentage, which is why I purchased a new battery to be installed. She also let me know I would hear back about the check engine light begin illuminate, they did several diagnostic checks but did not pin point the cause yet.
