Josh and the staff are very helpful and they give excellent customer service, which is why I come to this facility. He explains everything 100% so I have a full understanding of how my vehicle is running.

Audrey is a fabulous service advisor. She set me up with pick up service for an oil change. They were here to pick up my vehicle within 15 minutes. Audrey called to inform me there were some other items that needed addressed and asked if I would like them to fix those items. I gave them the green light. She called me back when they were finished. Everything was handled in a professional and timely manner. Capitol City Greenfield is the only place I will take my vehicle for any type of service.
