I was very impressed with pre service interaction with team members. After my car was finished with its service, I viewed it being parked and gave it 5-10 minutes for someone to reach out to me. I walked over to customer service and was told that someone we’re probably working on my paperwork. Approximately 10 minutes later, I saw my service advisor walk in with 2 bags of lunch. I was shortly there after called by him for my car and was told they were advising I needed a cabin filter. I declined. My position was that someone should have been in a back up roll while my advisor went out to obtain lunch. I always try and give fair reviews. Thank you Brian S
