Took a while to get checked in for my appointment. In total was over 2 hours just for an oil change. After they were done, I had to turn around and come because not enough oil was put in the car. Spent 3 hours just for an oil change. Will not be coming back.

2.5 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. Car went back immediately and took forever to be completed. My first time to use Toyota of Greer and will never be back. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a service shop. I will be sure to tell others how terrible this was. I never take time to respond to a survey. The fact I did should how inept your service department is. Over staffed with watchers instead of workers
