Waited 2 1/2 hrs for a pre-scheduled oil change!! I denied the recommended alignment at check-in but it seemed like it wasn’t commmunicated and I’m not sure but they may have been waiting to hear not to do that?? I checked with the desk at the 1.5 hr mark since I got the report email 15 mins earlier. They said not done, to wait for another msg. At 2.5 hrs I asked again & they had to go back & check. Never got an email saying done until I asked & checkout was in progress. 1st time there. Hope I can find another option! Never waited so long ever at any dealer!!
