I waited two solid hours and finally had to ask for some answers! I was not satisfied at all with the overall service or attitude of the manager of the service department. He tried to excuse it by saying that they have new equipment to diagnose the problem. I waited 23 minutes in line to be waited on! Another gentleman came in the same time I did (at 11 o’clock) with a nail in his tire, and he also waited two solar hours to have his tire fixed. And then was charged $49 to fix a tire. I told him next time go to discount tires and they would do it for nothing! I was charged $130 for nothing. They said a diagnosis, but I could have diagnosed it in a second bye showing them right where the little hole is where the signal device was gone! I shall NEVER return to Toyota of Greer again! And I will tell as many people as I know about my experience.

I did not realize that I would be approving things by text. Maybe make it more clear when you send out the message on the service being done in the vehicle that there needs to be an approval for anything further to go on and that it would be awaiting that answer. I think it is a great idea, I just need to be made aware.
