I dropped my Raptor at 7:30 Monday morning I never heard from my service advisor I finally called the service department Friday morning trying to find out the status of my truck and why I had not been contacted. They said my advisor was out sick I asked why there was no backup to cover his workload and keep customers up to date on their vehicle they said the backup was also out sick. You guys really dropped the ball I am willing to bet other valued customers were left in the dark as I was. I wound up working with Katy on Friday she got my truck repaired right away as the parts had arrived I was able to pick it up within a few hours of speaking to her.i really think you need to review your procedures regarding absent employees because the lack of communication really made you look bad to me and most likely other customers this week. If you check your records I have multiple ford vehicles that I have been bringing to you for years I will continue to be a loyal customer. I hope my input will promp you to review you policies and procedures to insure this does not happen again.
