Everyone involved was amazing. Tim in sales helped us out immensely in a stressful situation. Bo, who towed our vehicle, is one of the friendliest people ever and helped get us home with a rental vehicle. Wesley is very professional. He kept us updated on our vehicle progress, was honest and upfront about costs, and was also extremely friendly. Our car is running well and Wesley talked with us about a game plan for any future problems. Really great team to work with!

It is concerning to me that I reported a sound that could be heard when I drove the car before and after the appointment. However, during the appointment I was told that the technician could not hear the sound. I will now have to take time to come into the shop and complete a ride along with someone in order to have my concerns addressed fully.
