What happened to the days of getting something fixed same day? Even if I have to come back the problem is known today therefore the parts should be in by the time I come back in December without having to leave my F150 and rent a car, probably at my own expense. Seems like unless it’s Express Lube I have to wait months to get a fix. A recall that I was told was completed by Mobile a year ago still isn’t completed? Wow!
