Had a 12:00 ( arrived at 11:45) appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told he could get me in and out fairly quick. Advised to go in have a seat and we will notify you shortly when it’s done. At 2:20 went to my advisor and asked if he had an ETA, he thought it was done and I had been notified, I said no. He went and came back a couple of minutes later and advised 15 more minutes. At 3:00 I received the text that it was done. I have had many services with Akins that went alot smoother.
