We were initially told that the vehicle would be ready in a few days time. We waited almost an entire month for the parts to arrive. We finally picked up the vehicle after almost 30 days, and still are waiting on one last part, so we still have to bring the vehicle back again. Our company has supported Akins Ford for decades and are disappointed in how this repair was handled.

Bobby went the extra mile to pull my car back in to install a new air filter that I had originally declined. I had looked up the price at my favorite auto parts store and realized they were only charging me a couple bucks to install it on site. Still got me out fast. Thanks, Bobby!

I don’t think it is Bobby’s fault. With my last Truck, the warning for an oil change worked at first, then stopped working. On this truck, I didn’t get a warning light from my last oil change to this one. I asked him about it and he said that it is a recall without a fix, not real sure. However, it would be real night to get a warning light when it’s time for my oil change…

Currently I am dealing with some issues on the leather trim of the dash that appears to be managed. Currently I’m being told that this was a due to a phone holder but I do not believe that was the case. Additionally, I asked that the wheel well liners that were added with my Wild Willies package be reattached as both the tires are now rubbing the liners. I was assured that this was fixed, but can quickly tell with an inspection that it was not.

Charging 3 % fee on a credit card when I have to drive 39 mins just to get to your dealership is really cheesy. Maybe I should use a dealer closer to where I live. The service professional Wesley was great.
