Jaylynn was awesome and that is not strong enough. I am only in this area a few times a year as I live primarily in SC but the entire service process was so great I will probably schedule all service through her in the future. She was extremely helpful with questions about service on a vehicle I am considering buying as well. I'm a marketing professor and former professional sales trainer - - she should be training the team if there are any weak spots.
