I really never met Jonah. I talk to him on the phone the day I came up there too pick up my vehicle I tried to find somebody to explain why the part wasn’t covered. Nobody really knew besides warranty company which I bought up there would not cover the certain part. I left something in the vehicle. They called me said they found it. I came up there and I found a service writer that explained it to me, it was something called a relay we could’ve called her cell annoyed and they would’ve been covered but that’s no matter. Akins did a good job on the vehicle. Everything seems to be right with it now. All in all the Akins team did a very,very good job !!

Hey there! I always tell everyone about how great Akins Ford is for car maintenance. I do wish I had bought my car from your dealership instead of Gwinnett Place. Anyway, when I'm ready for my next purchase in about 6 years or so, I'll definitely come to you first. I just wanted to give some feedback about the updates. It would have been so helpful to get more proactive updates. I often found myself having to ask for updates on my car instead of being able to follow along on the link to see what was happening.
