Braxton made me feel like he cared about my car and his job! He went out of his way to check to see if my car needed additional services, like the air filter replacement. He kindly volunteered to print a copy of my extended warranty. He’s the best service man I’ve had! I will be asking for Braxton at my next appointment!

The amount of time it took to just diagnose my truck took a week and only after a few calls did it get pushed along. It took 3 days there before the battery was even replaced. We made an appt and still took a week. I was told by our advisor some people get left there a month. I bought this truck from Akins simple because of there service deot. Now I am questioning that decision. I've never been left for a week just to look at it. I know hiring people has become difficult but then dont ask people to set appts and then wait without a vehicle. If it had been diagnosed and needed work and it took a week, I get it. Not just to diagnose

This was my first time at the dealership. I needed a key cut for my 2018 Explorer. I walked in and was warmly greeted by Braxton in a very clean service area. I explained what I needed and he took care of it. Told me it would be 60-90 min wait. The waiting area was spacious and clean.
I received a text in under an hour that my vehicle was ready. Fast, friendly and clean are words that come to mind upon my first visit. I had heard from other friends to give Akins a try. I will most definitely be back.
