My car was towed to the dealership Thursday, September 12th and was not returned until Monday, September 23rd. I was told no loaner vehicles were available. When I inquired about a rental car I was told I would only be reimbursed if I rented a Ford vehicle. No rental car company would guarantee a Ford. I was not informed about the rental car service onsite at the dealer. I’m not sure why that information was not disclosed to me. I was told your dealership had 700 vehicles to service during the same time period. I felt like I didn’t matter and I was just another number. I will get my vehicle serviced in Athens in the future.

My only issue (that has NOTHING to do with Kim) was that I requested to have my wiper blades replaced, this was not done.
