They didn’t solve the wind noise issue on my 2024 Bronco. It apparently too common on the new Bronco!. Would recommend adding or changing the weatherstrip on the rear roof panel! I can hear the radio when driving @ 70 MPH on the Interstate! Please advise me when & if Ford has a fix! Thanks!

I had the service manager and his lead tech do a ride along at the end of August stating they’d call and fit my vehicle in the middle of September. By the end of September I had to call to ask about my appointment. I was told to bring it on October 4th. There was no ticket created for my vehicle and I had to explain the issue 10 times to numerous employees. I was told my vehicle was ready at 1 pm for pickup. I show up at Aikens and again everyone looked dumbfounded. The lack of customer service is an understatement, the lack of communication is beyond ridiculous. I dread having to take my vehicle to Aikens.
