I brought my car for hard transmission shifting. I was told recall part TCM needs changed after diagnosis. After they changed the TCM, they told me need another diagnosis and fee for actuators checked, and they said car needs new engine mounts. Estimate time for changing the TCM was three days, I waited two weeks for it. I lend my friend car and paid a lot of money. Anyways I have not satisfied. Still hard shifting. I don't understand why need individual diagnosis for each part. I thought your mechanics know what they're doing.

I purchased this vehicle from you guys and you should treat me like a customer, I had to take my truck and leave!
I have talked with Russell and he apologize that it's just fell to the cracks. This is still not acceptable to treat customers like that!

You are the only one that base changed my oil and rotated my tires. Your tech tried to charge me for a damaged stud. Only you jac rotat f my tires so I feel it is your fault the stud was stripped. And he didn’t realtor or until I insisted it be repaired. I bought a 2918 Jeep from you spending $60k and now I am considering looking for other dealers to service my vehicles.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and front brakes. The service advisor talked me into doing a coolant flush. I had no idea I would be waiting 5 hours for my vehicle to be completed. Now, when my heater is on and the truck is idling, it blows cooler air. It was not doing this when I brought my truck in. I am not happy that I waited for 5 hours and now my truck has another issue that I did not initiate. Clay Szoke
