I was so satisfied by my service at Akins Ford this week. I had brought my truck in for a recall repair and asked about another problem that I was having with my speaker. Originally their service man, I spoke with told me that I would need to bring it back to see a different person in a different department, but I received a call that they had completed the recall repair and addressed my concern. Their customer service is amazing.

My truck sat at your dealership from Monday afternoon til Thursday afternoon and it wasn’t even looked at and when I came to pick it up it took at least 20 minutes just to have it driven into your service dept. so no I’m not satisfied with my experience

Vanessa was great kept me updated and understood my issue with having only one vehicle and needing to rent a car while mine was being worked on. As far as customer service is concerned it was excellent. My issue was that the next day I had the same issues with my vehicle. Somewhat frustrating.

My response to this question isn’t related directly to Matt. Matt has been helpful and always maintained good communication. The reason for my response is due to the service that wasn’t completed correctly. Matt notified me that my battery needed to be replaced, so I agreed to having the battery replaced. Now, none of my driver safety ( lane keep, collision warning etc) technology or auto on/ off functions are working. I contacted Matt to find out why this is happening and he notified me that after a battery is replaced, those functions must be “reset” in order to function properly. The thought of driving back out to Akins all the way from Flowery Branch is all too inconvenient, so I’ll likely just request this service be completed next time I bring it in for an oil change in a few months.
