Brought my vehicle in for basic service and rattling coming from the headliner. I live about and hour away from Akins. I got almost home and the headliner starting rattling again. I called back, expressed my dissatisfaction and told them that I would be bringing the truck back in the coming days. This will be the 3rd time that I have brought a $100,000 truck back for something rattling. The first time was for a rattle in the center console.

She had me a set of tires ordered immediately. She had them ready at the dealership the next day!! Nice! She was also very genuine and cared about getting me what my vehicle needed. I usually go to Akins anyways, but it’s people like Vanessa that keep me coming back.
