I was sent a text telling me my car was ready. I went to the desk. There were three women behind the desk. One was helping someone the other two were just talking to each other and ignoring me. The first one finally got to me and she didn't even have anything on my car. She checked on it and finally the paperwork came through!

Everything was fine until I left the dealership. I noticed there was hersheys chocolate in my driver’s seat (I don’t eat chocolate or candy) and I also did not have any washer-fluid. I have been coming here since I was a child with my dad, the people here are very nice and I’m proud to say I come here for purchases and services. Maybe because it was the end of the day things became relaxed. I do understand, just frustrated with this happening

He arranged for me to have a loaner after finding out I had plans to travel out of state for Christmas.
