I made an appointment to have my oil changed. When I arrived, Russell greeted me, and got my car checked in. Service was great, and it took less than an hour for the oil to be changed in tires rotated on my Ford expedition.

Russel was very attentive and made sure my concerns were heard. Russel then verified with me that my requests were taken care of. Something as simple as not putting the reminder sticker on the window has been a request every time I bring any of my vehicles in for service and this is the first time in recent memory that I got a vehicle back without a sticker, as requested. A small ask, but rarely done.
