Had a appt for a simple oil change and tire rotation! Normally this appt only takes maybe a hour today it took 2-1/2 hrs and nobody could explain why. My appt was scheduled for noon they took my car in around 11.30 and only after my advisor returned from lunch to realize I was still waiting was anything done!! I finally walked out at 2 pm inexcusable!
