2024 Maverick XLT Info SYNC System. I provided to Order Taker. Matt Phillips, a detailed list of what I had tried to get the System to provide "Hey Google" voice commands for a Samsung android Phone and Google voice commands for Navigation with "Android Auto" & "Google Assistant" apps already downloaded on the android phone, but kept getting "Something went wrong with the connection". The Technician never responded to my list with exact steps I needed to take to achieve total voice commands for phone & Navigation. Tech left it up to Order Taker, Matt Phillips, to explain details, but Matt spent 30 minutes with me in vehicle unsuccessfully. Tech should have provided steps (1, 2, 3 etc.) on what I should activate on my phone to SYNC with System, or determine if there was a glich with the System itself, and tell me which System was installed, either Sync 3, or 4, or 4A, or whatever. Extremely disappointed with Technician who evidently is not an experienced person with the SYNC System related to android cell phones vs iPhones.
