Mi cita era a las 10:00am llegue a las 9:34am me dan una hora aproximada de cuando saldría mi vehículo y salí de allí a la 1:20pm. La persona que me atendió, no se disculpó con la demora y no me explico lo que se le realizó a la guagua y si le encontraron algo, o si había algo que se podría bregar más adelante. Completamente disgustada.

The only unsatisfactory event that happened was that our cat need the air filter replaced and I wasn’t notified until the car was handed back. Why leave it for the next visit? I was in the waiting room for 4hours why not notify me or call and I would have approve it be changed immediately.
