The staff was great. I liked the fact that I received status of the service constantly until the service was conpleted. After that, I tried to call the service department for hours unsuccessfully to know the status of my pick up. I even tried texting to the number where I received the texts of the status but never received an answer. 3 hours after the service was completed, I received a call from the driver who was leaving the dealer to pick me up.
