I was there for a recall notice for my trunk emergency release 2 days ago. I noticed yesterday that I have a dent on my trunk that is consistent with damage from the interior (it’s bulging up from the inside). It’s small but evident and it definitely was not there before my service at the Kia dealer. I also was supposed to receive a car wash which I did not.
