Adrian’s customer service was not the best. His approach to customer service leaves plenty of room for improvement. I took in my BRAND new car 3 months in from purchasing and already having battery issues??? He did not give me any peace of mind at all and I don’t feel safe or comfortable having this vehicle. I am for sure not recommending Kia to family and friends. I feel stuck with a vehicle now that I don’t feel safe in. And don’t feel it’s reliable. This is a huge regret going to and purchasing a Kia and now I don’t have a reliable vehicle. He said “it’s fixed for now” and these issues CAN happen again. There was no call to let us know the status the first day WE had to call and be on hold. I left a vm and NEVER got a return phone call.
