I should not have to remember who my service advisor is every time I bring my truck in your service department. My wife told me it is because I didn’t have an appointment. Well I look at it as I bought a $50k truck and I should be able to stop by and get my tires rotated without an appointment! Yes I took the chance of be a long wait but that was my choice. The truck was being dropped off not waited on. My wife had to call me at work to ask me who my service advisor was previously, what should it matter. If it’s that much of a concern look up my name on the system. I could not remember names so once she told me maybe a female, then she was told well she no longer works here! Well look at the time wasted and me getting called at work!! I just never ran into this situation before, if I would’ve brought my truck in I would have had a smart **** remark to him!

When I took receipt of my vehicle there was dirt on the mats and door jam. Unsure if a paper mat was utilized are not, but expect to find vehicle in the same condition it was delivered, if not better.
