I had an appointment at 10:45 for an oil change. I arrived at 10:40 and was checked in by 10:50. After waiting for 90 minutes and not hearing anything, I went to check on the status of my vehicle. It had not even been assigned a technician or had any work started on it. I had to leave because I had other obligations in the afternoon. I am disappointed that no one came to let me know that they were behind and that they would not be able to honor my appointment time. I have limited time during the week, and this was my only opportunity available and it was a complete waste.
However, the people were very nice (the person who checked me in, the person who scanned my vehicle, the snack counter person, and the person who got my car when I needed to leave).
