I purchased my Lexus from your dealership. I’ve brought my Lexus every year to get inspected at your dealership. This particular time your service department inspector would not inspect my Lexus because she said the front window was tented to dark. I have not darkened my windows at ALL or changed them in anyway since the last two inspections that was completed by your dealership. And I didn’t find any documents online indicating that Louisiana Department of Motor Vehicles policies for window tinting has changed in the past few years. Your dealership needs to be consistent unless the law requires different. Thank you
