I had appt. For windshield repair which went perfectly, and took an hour. Gavin then came and alerted me to a recall he thought they could easily take care of, so he had put that in process. An hour and a half later, he comes and tells me they haven’t started yet and he thinks we need to reschedule for another time. So my car sat for all that time while I’m getting antsy at how much more time it is taking ng, trying to be patient. So I did not get the added recall done after waiting one& a half hours.

Technicians told me I needed to change my brakes but they weren’t even a 1/4 worn down. The driver side tire only have one lugnut tightened & when I looked around my vehicle, I saw specs of where the impact hit my rims & they were not like that before. Very disappointed.

One minor issue is that the air pressure and all four tires was between 40 pounds and 45 pounds. The correct air pressure should’ve been set to 35 pounds of air per tire

I waited 5 hours for an oil change and recalls. One for a bracket for bumper and airbag. I was not told from the beginning that it would take most of the day. If so I would had reschedule recalls. No one came to me with an update throughout the day. I had to go to advisor for update. I do not want anyone reaching out to be about this. Yesterday experience was not well but previous visits have been good. I know things a not always perfect. We strive for the ideal but we also live in the real. Have a great day
