Once my car was finished and I had paid, I sat outside waiting for at least 15 minutes. I had to ask about my car, it was parked. Evidently it had been finished and someone failed to bring it to me. Appears to be lack of communication.

Check in was smooth, work was prompt. Text was sent to let me know that the vehicle was ready. It’s the standing around waiting on someone to show up at the many service desks (6 I think) to pay and move on with the valet process. Maybe designate a cashier type area where it’s that persons job to (stay available) take payments and get the customers on their way. Unfortunately this has been my experience the last two times I’ve been in for my service.

Kept appointment time. Promptly completed tire rotation and answered questions. I am concerned about auto stop-start feature on my 2017 Highlander. I’m on my fifth battery in seven years. I am now manually overriding the feature but I question the necessity of such a worthless environmental add on.
