Appointment was for 8am oil change, tire rotate and balance. 1st to be checked in.
Several people before me we were checked out. Went outside and asked. Truck had been in lot. Finally got truck. Left and realized down the road truck was making a loud clacking noise from one of wheels. Brought truck back and had to wait for repairs again. Wrong sized weights were used and they were hitting caliper on front driver side. OVER 3 hours experience.
