New phone number given for communication and the new number was not used. My wife had to call for update. Additional services were slow and past the promised time of 3 pm- car not ready until after 4 pm, upsetting the entire afternoons plans

Sat in the waiting room from 1:15pm until 5:15pm with no work done on the vehicle. It is understandable that there was not an appointment but if the service load became to much for the technicians, a simple communication concerning the lack of time to address the issue would have to be appreciated.
