Took over 2 hours to service vehicle. Shouldn’t have taken that long. When I asked what was taking so long advisor said you should have been gone. I said I agree that’s the problem. Advisor said they’re finishing it now. It will be pulled out shortly. My vehicle was parked on the side lot and had been done. Apparently the advisor wasn’t notified it was done or missed it.
