The Trak Lite is still on and Trak Off is still on dash board. Did not have time to stop, had to get my ride back to work.

11:30 appointment arrived @11:30 waited in my truck for almost 15 minutes after my initial contact with the receiving personnel. When my assigned technician did not show up ,I exited my truck and no one proceeds my vehicle as I sat and watched all other vehicles that were there for service being taken and driven around my truck while my truck just sat there like a ghost. I inquire with Mr Nunez ask why this was happening and his response was that he was not made aware of my arrival. No update was provided for a long period of time my truck was completed about 2pm. Wow! I did not expect this kind of poor service
