Went in for a tire rotation and oil change. When leaving after service I was stopped by Toyota employee because she noticed a lug nut fell off when I was driving away. Tech was notified and tightened the lug nuts on the passenger side front tire. All lug nuts were loose. When I got on I-210 and reached 50 mph, a major vibration was observed. I returned to dealership and they gave me a loner for overnight so they could make sure the wheel was installed correctly.
Went the next day to get my vehicle. Later that evening I noticed my vehicle was leaking oil in my driveway. I contacted the dealer again about oil leak. They sent a mobile team out to my residence to investigate. They discovered that the oil drain plug was loose which caused the oil leak. Also, I have an oil stain on concrete from oil leak????.
Definitely need improvements to the service center. Not sure what would have happened if I wasn’t stopped before I got on the interstate with the front tire in that condition.
Please address.

I wish there was more visibility on the service charges during the planning process. I was surprised by having to pay the sales tax on the parts after the part was paid and during the service visit. Also the service surcharge applied to the parts after cost including the sales tax. These changed the cost from 28$ to 75$ and the associate had difficulty explaining the changes. He even misstated how the 5% surcharge was applied which caused more confusion. A reasonable estimate of the cost when the service was scheduled would have lessened the confusion. I went from expecting 30$ bill and it was 300% higher which triggers questions in my mind and the associates, there were 3, could not make a clear concise explanation. I managed maintenance with a very large budget, millions. A final bill 3 times higher than the estimate always triggers questions.
