Lizzie and Ryan was awesome. My back hatch of my brand new Toyota sequoia would not come down . Ryan set everything up for the service while I was at work . Lizzie came and dropped off her personal vehicle to use while she took mine to be trouble shoot. Not only did Toyota fix my back hatch problem, Lizzie also performed the needed oil change and washed the inside and outside of my car. The customer service could not be better, but it got better. I also got a free drink and hot dog after my car was fixed. That is why I have bought three Toyota from Ryan Nugent and lake Charles Toyota! Great customer service.
