I have 2 issues. 1-It took 20 minutes after service was done to find my vehicle, Sergio should have walked me to my car. 2-Sergio never sent me via E-Mail my paperwork showing what service was performed,etc.

I handed my keys to service mgr at 10:30, was told it would be 90 minutes and had to find advisor at 1:11 to get my car back. I will never be back.
