The service assistant was very pleasant and did a wonderful job explaining the process but that’s where the good service ended.. When it takes an hour and forty minutes to complete a simple oil change there’s a definite problem with the service department. My first impression was not a very good one. I brought my vehicle for a routine maintenance check. I was told it would take no longer than an hour. I waited over an hour and texted to get an update but never got a response. Eventually I approached a team member who checked on my car and realized that my vehicle was ready. There is definitely some need for improvements in communication both within the team and with customers.

Mr. Kolbe was incredibly kind and helpful. He understood my limitations as a mom of four young kids and did everything in his power to make this difficult situation stress free. There were many repairs needed and he not only made them happen, but handled the details with my extended coverage as well. I was able to focus on my children and not worry about my vehicle. My appointment was 5:15 pm 02/15/2023. I arrived at 5:05pm. Nobody came to me till 5:15. The car took away by the mechanic at around 5:40pm. I was waited in the lobby till 6:45pm. I saw my car key returned by one of the mechanics at 6:25 pm. I was the last one in the lobby to wait for the car returns. I came to one of the staff to check if my car has been back and he responded said yes. I said I knew it and I saw it. Nobody contacted me between 6:25 to 6:45. If the staff knew I was waiting for the car why not pay more attention instead nowhere to be found? Lack of consideration and lack of management. Totally a failure for my service. 2 hours for a regular maintenance? It’s not staff shortages. It’s lack of accountability for the staff.
