Unnecessary service was performed. I was led to believe replacing the coolant was necessary for the B 15 service. The fluid change was not necessary. No one tested the fluid to see if it was in anyway degraded before changing. I was planning on connecting with Honda to get some type of compensation for the unnecessary service. John is a nice person, but I believe he is motivated to generate sales by convincing customers of unnecessary service.

Always satisfied with service here except yesterday I waited almost 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I guess whoever was working on my car had an emergency but didn’t let anyone know so I had to wait with my toddler who was not happy to be there for that long. Communication was definitely not it
