Toby White is excellent. Very professional demeanor. Patiently explains the work that needs to be done and shows ‘how’ it will be done (big plus). Efficient with customer time. Car maintenance was completed timely. I like the video updates, but my favorite is the dealership’s quiet room, which allows me to work instead of driving back and forth while the maintenance is completed. I love that the dealership has separate areas for watching tv, the warm and welcoming coffee/cookie counter, the accessories area for shopping, the quiet room, and the antique cars/bikes. Thank you Toby and thank you Vatland. I’ll be encouraging all family members and friends to buy and maintain their cars here.
