Today, Toby White, and I’m sure in consultation with management redefine for me what excellent customer service at a car dealership is all about. Mr White listen carefully about the difficulties we were having with our radio. Informed me that there would be a diagnostic fee and he would get back to us shortly. After a few hours, I received a call from Mr. White explaining that the radio was pulled from the dash and certain wiring was not adjusted properly after a recall event that happened a few years ago. The issue was corrected, and the car was ready for pick up and that there would be no charge. That type of care for a customer, there is only one word for it OUTSTANDING!
