The oil change and inspection was fine. When there is a coupon for an oil change, you should offer it to everyone and not try to charge another higher price. My husband usually takes care of car service but it was my turn. I felt like I don’t trust Vatland because the 100k service was offered to me at a price of $942 when all I wanted was an oil change for about $75. Even though my car will need some 100k repairs soon, the way this happened was awkward and unexpected. It was more of a bad feeling that you might want to think about. Your coffee bar had no milk which was pretty disappointing for me who doesn’t use fake creamer that is full of chemicals. You asked for my opinion so here you go.

Very rushed. There is coupon in your book that says spend $500 get $100 off. I knew my maintenance would be more and thinking I would be able to use this coupon.
Picked up my vehicle and was told “Oh thats for service other than schedule maintenance.” Well doesn't say that anywhere. Then my service rep said well I got you close to that on your other coupon services.
No ..got a total of $20 on the entire invoice.
Please correct your advertising before others are dupped..

Always a pleasure dealing with Vatland Honda. As a Canadian I have dealt with John previously when I come in to have my car fluids, tires etc checked before I head north. I tell my dealership back home how much I enjoy your staff - from the service people to the staff at the coffee bar. Have been driving Honda CRV’s for 25 years even though I do test drive other cars to compare. I find them dependable and safe in the worst weather and I’ve certainly had my share driving back & forth over the years.
