I mentioned it last time I was there to get an oil change and they said they didn’t see the message. it still was there yesterday. He said he took care of it. The message still appears. Madison was very personable and efficient in her work. She made the process a breeze and helpfully suggested additional work to be completed (an alignment, which I was glad to do to preserve the tires). Great service agent. Another credit to the Vatland Honda employee corps: who have always been nice and not pushy and very professional. A far cry from other area dealership staff (for example, VB Toyota which is awful, etc). Look forward to working with Madison in the future, as Vatland Honda so outstanding that I am happy to be there!
